Renaissance Masters ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of Phil Masters, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Business address: 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Contact: info@renaissancemasters.org.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through renaissancemasters.org and funnel.renaissancemasters.org (together, "the Sites"), how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We are committed to handling your information in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Information you give us directly:

Your first name and email address, when you request a free guide or join our email list

Your first name, last name, email address and phone number, when you book a call with us

Anything you choose to tell us in free-text boxes (for example, the "Additional Information" box on our booking form) or by email

A note on health information. Because of the nature of what we do, you may choose to share information about your health, symptoms or test results when you contact us or book a call. Health information is "special category data" under UK GDPR and we treat it with particular care: we use it only to prepare for and hold our conversation with you, we never sell or share it for marketing, and we rely on your explicit consent — which you give by choosing to share it. You are never required to share health information to use our Sites.

Information collected automatically: Like most websites, our Sites may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and how you found us, through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below).

How we use your information

To send you the free guide or other content you have requested

To send you emails about men's health optimisation, our story, and our services — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email

To arrange, prepare for and hold calls you have booked

To respond when you contact us

To understand how people use our Sites so we can improve them

To show and measure advertising (see "Advertising and analytics" below)

Our lawful bases are: consent (marketing emails, cookies, any health information you share); performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (delivering content you request, holding booked calls, providing paid services); and legitimate interests (improving our Sites and services).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business:

Funnel Launch (built on the HighLevel platform) — our website, email and customer relationship system, where your details are stored

Payment processors — if you purchase a paid service, your payment is handled by the payment provider; we do not store your card details

Analytics and advertising platforms — such as Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), as described below

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy decisions.

Advertising and analytics

We use, or plan to use, Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Sites, and advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to reach people who may be interested in our content and to measure how our ads perform. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may process your IP address and browsing behaviour. Where required, these technologies only run with your consent.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Our Sites use:

Essential cookies — required for the Sites to work (for example, remembering your form entries between pages)

Analytics cookies — help us understand how the Sites are used (e.g. Google Analytics)

Advertising cookies — help us show and measure relevant ads (e.g. the Meta Pixel)

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where a consent banner is shown, through that banner. Refusing non-essential cookies will not stop you using the Sites.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as you are subscribed to our emails or remain a client, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you immediately; if you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; have it deleted; restrict or object to how we use it; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@renaissancemasters.org — we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern with you directly first.

Children

Our Sites and services are intended for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be flagged on the Sites or by email.

FAQs Methylation Testing: What Standard Care Often Doesn’t Explore

What is Renaissance Masters' mission?

Renaissance Masters exists for one man — the man over 50 who's been told everything looks normal, but knows something isn't right. Most men in this position aren't broken. They're just missing the map. We give him the clarity, the data, and the guidance to understand what's actually happening inside his body — so he can rebuild. Not just his health, but his presence with his family, his standing as a man of faith, and the legacy he leaves behind.
